KINGS Manpower Website & Digital Platform
A complete website redesign and custom system development for KINGS Manpower, combining a modern digital experience with job postings, online applications, manpower inquiries, and offshore team quotation requests. The platform was designed to serve both Philippine clients and international businesses looking to build offshore teams.
From Corporate Website to Business Platform
KINGS Manpower needed more than a visual refresh. Their website had to serve different audiences, communicate a broad range of manpower services, and support actual business processes.
KINGS serves both the Philippine market and international companies looking to build offshore teams. This meant the new platform needed to guide each audience toward the right service while making key processes such as job applications, manpower inquiries, job postings, and quotation requests easier to manage.
The goal was simple: turn the website from an information platform into a working business tool.
The Approach
We redesigned the KINGS website around its users and their intended actions.
Instead of presenting the same experience to everyone, the platform creates two clear pathways.
For the Philippine market, users can explore local manpower services, view available job opportunities, and submit applications.
For international clients, users can explore KINGS' offshore staffing services and request a quotation for building their dedicated team in the Philippines.
This approach allowed the website to communicate KINGS' two major business functions without making the experience complicated.
More Than a Website
The visual redesign is only one part of the project.
Behind the new interface is a custom system that supports several important business processes:
- —Job Posting System
KINGS can publish and manage available job opportunities through the platform. - —Online Job Applications
Applicants can view job openings and submit their applications online. - —Manpower Inquiry System
Philippine businesses can request local manpower services directly through the website. - —Quotation Request System
International clients can submit their requirements and request a quotation for building an offshore team.
These features turn the website into an active part of KINGS' operations rather than simply an online brochure.
Designing for Two Markets
One of the key decisions in the project was to clearly separate the user journeys for local and international audiences.
For Philippine clients and job seekers, the platform focuses on local manpower and employment opportunities.
For international businesses, the experience focuses on offshore staffing and team building, presenting KINGS as a partner for companies looking to build and manage an offshore team in the Philippines.
The result is a platform that answers a simple question for every visitor:
"What are you here to do?"
And then takes them directly there.
Building the KINGS Digital Experience
The redesigned website strengthens KINGS' broader brand story while giving visitors clear paths to interact with the business.
The platform brings information, applications, inquiries, job opportunities, and quotation requests together in one digital experience.
The Result
The new KINGS website is designed to do three things at once:
Inform. Connect. Convert.
It informs visitors about KINGS and its services, connects employers and job seekers to the right opportunities, and turns inquiries into actual manpower requests, applications, and quotation leads.
More importantly, it gives KINGS a digital platform that can support its day-to-day business processes.
Our Role
ITMonsters handled the website redesign and development, combining brand communication, user experience, interface design, and custom system development into one platform.
Special recognition goes to Rhon, our Lead Developer, for leading the technical development and bringing the systems behind the website to life.
The Takeaway
A good business website should not only tell people what a company does.
It should help them do something.
For KINGS, that meant creating a platform where a job seeker can find an opportunity, a Philippine business can request manpower, and an international company can start building an offshore team.
We didn't just redesign the website. We designed how people interact with the business.
