Digital birth registration system developed for BARMM through UNHCR, with support from the People of Japan. The Civil Registry Records Information System (CRRIS) enables accurate, efficient civil documentation workflows across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region — digitizing records for government staff and constituents.
